Shermin Austin designed a Web Site called Raisethefist.com that contained some basic information on making explosive devices. This led to his arrest by the New York City Police and FBI for questioning purpose and was sentenced one year prison, a $2,000 fine and three years of probation, during which he was not allowed to use a computer for any organizing work or associate with progressive organizations.
