Driving 'Henry' in the fields of clover
Article Abstract:
A former 'farm girl' describes the hauling of hay on a dairy farm. In all, three sisters would participate in the process and take turns driving 'Henry,' the farm's Ford tractor. The job was a hot one, but lemonade and cool baths always brought relief at the end of the day.
