The Federal Bureau of Investigation's Top Ten list of criminals is an effort to concentrate the agency's investigative and law enforcement powers in the pursuit of criminals in the list. Being on the list is enough pressure for criminals to turn themselves in.

People are hungry every day

Article Abstract:

Salem Mission began operations in 1983 to feed thousands of homeless people. The facility dispenses about 200 good meals each day all year, and provides medical and employment and housing assistance. It also runs a 34-bed shelter for the homeless.
