Fear itself: women's constant stress over safety creates health problems
Article Abstract:
Majority of urban women live in constant fear of being raped and mugged wherever they go. Although this fear may be fine because it keeps them alert, it poses a threat to their physical and mental health. The best way to deal with this is by being prepared at all times.
