Passive smoke and pregnancy
Article Abstract:
Passive smoking can cause neuropsychological disorders in children. Children of mothers who either smoked or were exposed to passive smoking during their pregnancy scored lower than other children in a test for several areas of intellectual and behavioral development.

Secondary smoke: an update

The EPA reports that inhalation of secondhand cigarette smoke is also dangerous to health. Passive smoking was found to cause cancer as well as increase the risk of asthma, bronchitis, middle ear infection and pneumonia among children.
