Kid's pictures to God
Article Abstract:
Fifty-six children in six locations were asked to take pictures of what they believe God to be and what questions they would like God to answer. The children explain their choices in making the photographs, which covered a broad spectrum of ideas. The responses varied from blank stares and shrugs to profound theorizing.

Portraitist Chuck Close paints in a wheelchair using a brush strapped to his hand. He produces his giant compositions by first dividing a photograph into small squares. His imaginative works will be displayed in a retrospective that opens at the Museum of Modern Art in Feb 1998.
