Tan is the new black: this summer, dark is undeniably in again. Just as long as you don't go out in the sun
Article Abstract:
In the mid-1920s, having a tan became a trend that did not break until the late 1980s. It was associated with having a life of leisure, but by the 1990s, a life of leisure was not considered a good way to live. People who are tan are presumed to have gotten it artificially.
