Organizatsiya is a Russian organized crime group that has become active in the US and Europe. Its members were originally released by the KGB from Russian prisons to act against emigres and Western society. Organizatsiya's criminal involvement now includes assassinations and counterfeiting.

Brusca was one of the most-wanted Mafiosos in Italy for murder and various other crimes. With cunning and skillful training, the Italian elite force Servizio Centrale Operativo, led by Matteo De Santis, was able to track down the criminal, who had successfully eluded arrest for years.
