Murder on the Visa Express

Article Abstract:

The 19 Arab hijackers involved in the World Trade Center attacks in 2001 obtained valid US visas at American consulates abroad. Three of them used a system in place in Saudi Arabia, known as Visa Express, and obtained their visas without even meeting US officials.
