Needed: missile defense
Article Abstract:
The Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty, which the US and former-USSR signed in 1972, restricts the US' development of missile defense. With other countries improving their ballistic-missile capabilities, the federal government is thinking of negotiating with the Russians to modify the treaty.

The Medal of Honor

Biographies are presentd of three different Americans who have won the Medal of Honor. Joe M. Jackson was awarded for bravery in Vietnam, Rodolfo P. Hernandez won his medal for honor in battle on Hill 420 in Korea, and Russell Dunham was rewarded for his actions in World War II.

Defenseless against missile terror
Article Abstract:
The US needs to develop reliable defense systems against nuclear attack because of the growing proliferation and increasing accuracy of ballistic missiles. Present-day technologies such as the Patriot missile do not provide adequate protection against ballistic missiles.
