Article Abstract:
Some 6,000 teenage automobile drivers are involved in fatal traffic accidents annually. Alcohol is not the sole reason for the accidents. Many accidents result from a combination of overconfidence, carelessness and lack of experience. Reports of traffic accidents involving sober teen are presented.

Haylee's ordeal
Article Abstract:
Haylee Bernstein of Wilton, CO, was hospitalized for three months, almost lost her eyesight and her life because of a salad she ate that was infected by the E coli bacteria. She miraculously survived with the help of the staff of the Yale-New Haven Hospital and the support of her family.
