Abdul Salaam Ashou, a resident of the same apartment buildling as two World Trade Center attack suspects, was arrested and deported for a lapsed passport. The two suspects, arrested in Texas with box cutters and cash, had left the Jersey City, NJ, apartment on Sept 10.
