The Vermont Shepherd cheese is available only seasonally, but its taste is full. The owners of the farm discuss their decision to dairy farm their sheep, a practice that is only recent to the US. Recipes for lobster and scallop pie, Vermont Shepherd and Great Hill Blue Cheese souffle, and Vermont Shepherd cheese and ale soup are given.
