Prison boot camps
Article Abstract:
Shock prisons that are run like military boot camps are receiving criticisms from different sectors. Some people question the prison systems' effectivity in rehabilitating inmates. Others fear that such a violence-oriented environment will only foster more violence among its inmates. However, there are no statistical reports that would prove or disprove such allegations.
