Remembering Camp Stark
Article Abstract:
Camp Stark in New Hampshire housed German war prisoners during World War II, including one who escaped to New York City but was found by a US camp officer who just happened to be there and recognized him. In Sep 1986 a reunion was held there and five ex-POWs from Germany attended.

Installing lightning protection equipment in a home or building may be of some use to people who desire safety at any cost. Yet only one person who was killed by lightning last year was in or near a building. The chances of being killed by lightning are one in three million.
