Wildlife protection initiatives have led to the overpopulation of certain species which have shown aggression against other species and even humans. Sea lions are threatening steelhead trout, mountain goats are endangering rare flora and mountain lions are attacking humans in populated areas.

Do we really need corporate welfare?

The US Congress is strongly supporting corporate welfare. Federal aid to business can make industries lose their competitive edge and become dependent on aid. Cases of corporate welfare causing lower productivity and competitiveness are presented.
