Article Abstract:
The Chrysler business division of DaimlerChrysler AG is not doing well, and an analysis of the company since the merger pinpoints the reasons for the division's decline. Part of the problems are attributed to the different business cultures of the two companies, and poor management decisions on the part of Chrysler managers.
