Article Abstract:
The U.S. legislature is divided on how large a budget cut the military should receive. Rep. Les Aspin believes that the budget cut should be large in view of the reduction in forces proposals being considered. However, Sen. Arlen Specter believes otherwise because he realizes that Americans cut from the armed services will only contribute to the unemployment in the U.S.
