Home can mean different things to different people. A person can sometimes feel a longing to return to a familiar place in spite of having made a life for themselves elsewhere. There remains a recognition that people feel complete and peaceful only in a place they call home.

The concept of home means more than a place where a person resides, for where a person lives at any given time may not be home to him or her. Home is more a state of mind, that place a person looks back on and attains a measure of peace.
