The Food and Drug Administration: should it regulate tobacco products?
Article Abstract:
The issues surrounding the new mandate of the Food and Drug Administration to regulate the tobacco industry is presented. The FDA is the wrong agency to supervise the regulation of tobacco, though it does need to be regulated in order to prevent teen smoking.

Kick out the drugs

Film star and martial arts champion Chuck Norris established Kick Out Drugs of America in 1991 to provide the youth martial arts training. Norris' goal was for the youth to have discipline and self confidence to help them avoid drug addiction.
