The boy who talked with dolphins

Partially deaf Jeff Siegel grew up a loner because of his disability. A trip to the Sea World in San Diego, CA, introduced him to dolphins, which quickly became his passionate interests. His bravery and leadership saved the lives of three dolphins during the destructive earthquake that hit the Los Angeles area in Jan. 1994.
