War is certainly hell to film
Article Abstract:
War films have fallen from popularity in the US since the mid-1980s, although the success of Steven Spieberg's 'Saving Private Ryan' could herald a revival for this genre. War films have often sanitized war, although a few have presented a more realistic picture. Some of the best war films include 'Paths of Glory,' by Stanley Kubrick, and Robert Aldrich's 'Attack!' and 'Twilight's Last Gleaming.' 'Saving Private Ryan' does not hesitate to show violence, but also indicates that war is necessary and even heroic.

Interested in bidding on SCECO projects?
Article Abstract:
The Saudi Consolidated Electric Co is planning on constructing steam generating plants with 600 megawatts of capacity by 1993 as well as 13 other projects. Their studies of demand expectations for the next 25 years are likely to generate plans for other projects for 1997-98. Extensive qualification processes are typical and joint ventures with local firms are generally required unless the bidder is 51% Saudi Arabian owned. Details of the 13 projects that are likely to be tendered in 1993 are presented.
