Article Abstract:
Shoppers can purchase products at better prices through smart bargaining. Negotiating skills can be initially practiced in small settings and with inexpensive items. As bargaining ability improves, shoppers can move on to bigger retail outlets and costlier products. Some smart-shopping strategies are presented.
