Article Abstract:
Three recipes for stuffing that can be served with turkey are given. The recipes were all created by chefs. The recipes are called Todd English's shrimp and cornbread stuffing; Frank McClelland's brioche stuffing and Mark Bittman's favorite bread stuffing.

A recreation of the first Thanksgiving, held in 1621, is described. The event is held annually at Plimoth Plantation, Plymouth, MA, and the foods that comprise the menu bear little resemblance to the foods served at Thanksgiving today.
