A woman describes her failed attempts at changing the traditional Thanksgiving menu. She found that people expect to eat foods such as turkey, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving. She does make some substitutions, such as serving bread stuffing instead of oyster dressing.
