New weapons against pain
Article Abstract:
Innovative approaches to pain management are increasingly used in view of findings that continuous pain may induce tumor growth and inflict damage to the immune system. New pain management weapons including patient-controlled analgesia, chemical preparations and approaches are presented and evaluated.

Larrane Leech's dream of running a day-care center turns into a nightmare when a cougar attacks her group while they are out on a nature walk. Her reactions successfully scared the cougar away, but not before it had wounded her and two of her young charges.
