Discussed here is the Quebec City's famed winter carnival, which lasts for three weekends and is the hottest place to be in the heart of winter. During the opening ceremony, there is a bright burst of fireworks in the sky, launched along the ancient stonewalls surrounding the streets of Old Quebec.
