Why good drivers have accidents

Most drivers practice offensive driving such as speeding, tailgating, shoulder running and frenzied lane changing. Contrary to common notion, 'good' drivers cause most crashes. Chronic offenders comprise only some 5% of drivers and ordinary ones have just been lucky enough to elude enforcers.
