Worked over: cheating workers out of overtime pay is now business-as-usual

A growing number of workers in the US are not being paid overtime pay. Republican legislators proposed a law allowing employers to gain maximum work from their employees at standard pay through offering of compressed time instead of overtime. Workers, in turn, would enjoy flexible schedules.
