Zoo with a mission

Calgary Zoo's mission is to preserve endangered animal species and habitats. For 20 years, the zoo has been home to a host of endangered animals, such as the Siberian tiger and the Przewalski's horses. It also boasts of a botanical garden, a dinosaur park and the Canadian Wilds development.
