Interdependent behavior and the effect of taxes
Article Abstract:
A study of the effect of taxation upon consumers' hours of work indicates that if one assumes that individuals' behavior is interdependent, certain changes will occur which should have an affect on policy decisions. Not taking the dependency into account would cause predictions about the actual effects of taxation to be incorrect.
