Keon Chi made his mark

Dr. Keon Chi was a political science professor at Georgetown College in Kentucky and served as a senior fellow at the Council of State Governments (CSG). Details about his life in Korea, his study in and migration to the U.S., and appreciation of his contribution to Georgetown College and CSG are discussed. Dr. Chi died on January 9, 2008.

The various problems posed by the growing counterfeit prescription drug market in the United States are discussed. The use of Internet and other new technologies is making the problem more complicated. The various measures, like formulating new laws, being taken by the United States Food and Drug Administration are presented.
