Strategic quality choice and charter schools

Article Abstract:

A model of quality choice, was used to argue that competition will improve the educational outcomes of both charter and public students. With regards to capacity, the charter school offers higher quality which the public school will not match, therefore competition from charter school will have only modest effect on public school quality.
