Sustainability and the intergenerational distribution of natural resource entitlements
Article Abstract:
Research into an overlapping generations economy with a single exhaustible resource with amenity value is presented. It has been possible to devise a trust fund that gives future generations an income entitlement that is sufficient to purchase a minimum bundle of environmental services.

Fiscal effects of foreign aid in a federal system of governance. The case of India
Article Abstract:
Research into how foreign aid effects the economy of a recipient country, such as India, found the aid money is spent on projects which the federal government would have supported. Therefore it would be preferable to link aid to governmental expenditure.
