Research sparks transformation of Scranton hospital's marketing
Article Abstract:
The results of a consumer perception survey conducted by Scranton, PA- based Moses Taylor Hospital were used as basis for the development of a branding campaign that would transform people's perception of the healthcare facility from that of a quiet hospital to one that knows how to listen to patient needs and concerns. The resulting multi-media campaign was launched in May 1999, and has already improved the hospital's inpatient and outpatient volume.
