2015-The future of medical libraries
Article Abstract:
The evolutionary scenario for the medical libraries of 2015 will enable healthcare professional, patients, researchers, and others to expect easy access to electronic information from their homes, offices, clinics and even when they are en route between these places. Multimedia 'digital libraries' feature rich interconnections among genetic research data, aggregated clinical and public health data, published literature and high quality health information in many languages thus making it vast than the physical collection housed in library space.
