Milos Sarcev takes a philosophical approach to bodybuilding. The Novi Sad, Yugoslavia native believes that a particular exercise is useless if no feeling is achieved in the target muscle. Sarcev also integrates some theories from the Bulgarian system of bodybuilding into his personal program.
