Anti-inflammatory actions of lipoxin A4 and asprin-triggered lipoxin are SOCS-2 dependent
Article Abstract:
Lipoxins and aspirin-triggered lipoxins are crucial modulators of proinflammatory responses. Lipoxins activate two receptors in dendritic cells, AhR and lipoxin A4 receptor, and that this activation triggers expression of suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS)-2.
