Article Abstract:
Haemorrhoids, or piles, are displaced anal cushions and they typically occur at left lateral, right posterior and right anterior positions. They are the result of straining or being constipated and are common pregnancy and in men with dysuria. Haemorrhoids may be internal or external and simple haemorrhoidal disease is usually painless. Attending the spirit
Article Abstract:
The effect of a nurse's bible-reading to a sick patient, like her a Baptist, providing him with spiritual strength and the courage and will to get better, are described. It is suggested that caring for a patient's spiritual needs, as well as physical needs, is important and should be included in a patient's care plan. At times nurses require courage to ensure that their patients receive whatever kind of care is needed, whether it be emotional, physical or spiritual.

Article Abstract:
Active listening techniques can facilitate therapeutic relationships between nurse and patient. Nurses may use physical and psychological factors to establish rapport. During counselling nurses should observe non-verbal signals and be aware of the signals they are communicating. The nurse should exclude personal problems and concentrate on the patient. Questioning, reflecting and summarising are useful techniques.
