An analysis of the effects of fiber-rich, high-carbohydrate, low-fat (HCLF) and modified-monounsaturated fat (MF) diets on bodyfat distribution among 16 diabetics reveals that different diets with varying fat contents may help reduce the bodyfat percentage in local regions of the body.
