Clinicians' self-assessment: questions and answers in substance abuse treatment
Article Abstract:
A 10-item multiple-choice examination regarding substance abuse treatment was presented. The questions asked focused on the withdrawal symptoms of sudden or gradual discontinuation of tricyclic antidepressants and serotonin reuptake inhibitors. Anticholinergic effects of drugs, use of compounds in cocaine abuse treatment, chronic relapsing disorder and chronic benzodiazepine use were also tackled.
