Nutrition experts recommend cooking hamburgers in a 160 degrees F heat to avoid a food-borne illness that comes from eating hamburgers that have not been cooked properly. They also recommend the drinking of six-ounce glasses of fruit juice, particularly orange and grapefruit juices.
