Consultants: make a choice, make it work
Article Abstract:
Company safety managers are advised to identify specific safety and health problems in their operations before seeking the services of a consultant. The process of choosing a consultant requires an assessment of the consultant's proposal concerning the problem and its willingness to open communications. Meanwhile, a company must also set its own objectives within a specified budget, and should not hesitate to terminate the service if the consultant cannot achieve these goals.
