Creatine conundrum
Article Abstract:
The controversy regarding three college wrestlers who suspiciously died of creatine intake is raising skepticisms, since creatine is believed to be quite safe. Their death may possibly be due to exercising for two hours in the heat with a rubber suit. These lead to severe dehydration, extreme heat and possibly heart failure.

A recent study shows that hours of weight training will not necessarily lead to bigger muscles. The study also found that one eccentric contractions built more muscle than concentric contractions and increased protein synthesis did not ensure more muscle mass.
