Deacetylase inhibition promotes the generation and function of regulatory T cells
Article Abstract:
The role of the histone/protein deacetylases (HDACs) inhibitors in promoting the generation and the function of regulatory T cells is discussed. These inhibitors are found to improve the numbers, as well as the suppressive functions of such cells.
