Deciding on route of delivery for obese women with a prior cesarean delivery
Article Abstract:
The authors have investigated the rate of the vaginal birth after cesarean success, have compared infection rates in obese women undergoing vaginal birth after cesarean section and those who undergo planned repeat cesarean. The results have demonstrated that obese women undergoing vaginal birth after cesarean are three times as likely to have infection.
