'It is essential to cultivate good nurse leadership'
Article Abstract:
The nurses should be taught good leadership qualities, their training, in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure proper care and management of patients. The absence of good nursing leadership can lead to rising levels of staff sickness, and culminating in fewer nurses to care for the patients.

Article Abstract:
The benefits and the disadvantages of the government's drive to increase the use of independent providers to treat NHS patient are discussed. The nurses working in the independent sector have responded more positively regarding the pay, workload and working environment than those in the NHS.
