Article Abstract:
Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) is chracterised by hypotonia in infancy, short stature and excessive weight gain and obesity. It is caused by a genetic aberration in part of chromosome 15, although research indicates a link with some environmental factors. Treatment concentrates on physical exercise, drug therapy and weight control methods.

Klinefelter's Syndrome
Article Abstract:
Klinefelter's syndrome is a chromosomal abnormality which affects males particularly at puberty. Most males with the syndrome are sterile. Testosterone injections are necessary in adolescence to induce a more masculine appearance, as the psychosocial effects of an altered body image cause significant problems.

Hunter syndrome
Article Abstract:
Hunter syndrome is an inherited disorder also known as mucopolysaccharidosis type II. The treatment is limited to symptom relief like physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, hearing aids, and surgery since no cure exists for it.
