The Amish women eat meals that are high in carbohydrates and fat but still they do not suffer from obesity because they walk a lot everyday that helps them to maintain a good waistline and eat whatever they want. Only about 9 percent of Amish women suffered from obesity against the 33 percent of women in America, mainly due to their unprocessed food and a lot of physical exercise.
