Evaluation of a model of interprofessional education
Article Abstract:
The term interprofessional education is defined as a learning process in which different professionals learn from and about each other in order to develop collaborative practice. The results of an evaluative study of a practitioner-related, interprofessional program for preregisteration health care students, the Trust-Based Education and Training Programme are analyzed.

E-learning is the latest major form of professional education. The NHS University (NHSU) is advocating this method of study as it offers a flexible approach to the education of practioners in a geographically diverse workforce.
